Dr. Md. Shafquatur Rahman (Shameem) is a specialist in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) disorders and Head-Neck Surgery based in Sylhet, Bangladesh. He holds MBBS, MCPS, DLO and FCPS (ENT) qualifications. He has received training in head and neck cancer surgery in Bombay (Mumbai), India.
